Does frozen fruit lose any nutritional value over its unfrozen (fresh) equivalent?

Frozen fruit is flash frozen and has the same macronutrients and nutritional value as fresh, unfrozen fruit.  Make sure and read labels to be sure the contents are 100% fruit and that there are no added sugars or preservatives.  Fresh frozen fruits make a great addition for protein shakes or smoothies in your blender.
